When you don’t know what to do with yourself, go hiking! I decided to try the “home of lässig“ region: drove to Fieberbrunn and went up to 1.645m with Lärchfilzkogelbahn – shared a cab with a guy that was working at cable car station so we had an interesting chat about pisten bullies and my yellow machines 😉
Once up, I took that route to Wildseeloder https://www.hoehenrausch.de/berge/wildseeloder/ and it took more or less the time described, about 5h with couple of rests here and there as weather was lovely! It’s not an unpopular place – having cable up there but it still requires a bit of effort to get up to beautiful Wildseeloder Haus so it’s not too crowded. When I was getting down from Henne, I made a detour to Marokka to top the tour with 3rd cross on top 😉 There is a really nice KS going up there, C, looked cool! The views to Wilder Kaiser, Steinplatte, Berchtesgaden and Loferer are truly spectacular. I was supposed to be in the Dolomites today but for different reasons, I’m not and this trip has compensated fully 🙂
The view right after getting off the cable car The goats that like licking salt off you Perfect toilet view Spectacular backdrop First peak of the day: Wildseeloder 2nd peak, Henne Another look at Wildsee 3 puffy clouds 🙂 Henne 3rd peak, Marokka All 3 peaks in 1 pic Marokka Bench with a perfect view Yum! Mountain art That was a complicated assembly! Was fun to watch 🙂 Finishing off the day
