I love spontaneous tours! And so was that wkend: my friend told me on Friday she will be in the area, I looked up the tour on Saturday and left home at noon only. So, it was a late afternoon tour to Halsalm for a quick Radler, walk along Hintersee then off to Berchtesgaden for a dinner with Ellen. And Sunday morning tour through a turquoise water Alpbachklamm, topped off with a swim in beautiful Naturbad Aschenweiher, finished off with 3h congested drive back to Munich 😉
There is a bit of a Dolomiti flair to Berchtesgaden Alps, such a beautiful area! Absolutely worth the drive.
