M and I joined my dad and bro for a day - family adventure! They arrived in the morning in a bus full of eager hikers and we've learned that the original plan of hiking Plassen has changed and we'll have to skip due to timing - good thing we did because hiking to Rossalm... Continue Reading →
Teufelstättkopf 1758m, 23.6.2018
It took us longer than planned and there was no Kaiserschmarrn at August-Schuster-Haus but, it was a wonderful tour all together! And the best thing: on the way from Linderhof to August-Schuster-Haus we didn't meet ANYONE. Not a soul, for 2.5h. Absolutely wonderful 💚
Stuibenfälle-Ministersteig, 10.6.2018
Before going for a swim in Plansee, I wanted to go for a little hike and found this Rundwanderung: http://www.outdooractive.com/r/1512382/ It's gorgeous! Not too busy, great views and just different from a usual hike. And the dip in Plansee right after is an additional extra pleasure 👌
Trier reloaded! 31.5.18

Almost there, I spotted a cool castle above the road - and a real princess cannot leave a cute... Continue Reading →
Jochberg! Finally! 12.5.18

Kratzer above Tegernsee, 22.4.2018
I wanted an easy walk through blooming meadows - we went straight into summer after long winter so everything is bursting with colors. And I got a meadow alright - that’s a wish fulfilled but that was it 😉 It was a tour full of surprises and we loved it!!! Original plan was to hike... Continue Reading →
St. Barbara Chapel above Garda Lake, 14.4.2018
A must do when staying in Riva del Garda! The view is super rewarding 😍 Somehow I was expecting an easy walk and it surely isn’t - well, up to Bastion it’s fairly easy although from the very beginning the road goes undoubtedly up, very much up. From Bastion forward it’s no longer a road... Continue Reading →
Partnachklamm winter magic, 4.3.2018
I have seen multiple winter pictures of Partnachklamm and it always looked fantastic so since weeks I was after finally seeing it with my own eyes and last Sunday it was so far: we drove to GaPa, with a stroke of luck found a spot at overfilled Olympia-Skistadion parking and even managed to buy a...
